Questions from a song that seems to be following me
Do you ever feel like a plastic bag,
drifting through the wind
wanting to start again?
Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin
like a house of cards,
one blow from caving in?
Do you ever feel already buried deep?
6 feet under screams but no one seems to hear a thing
Do you know that there's still a chance for you
'Cause there's a spark in you
drifting through the wind
wanting to start again?
Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin
like a house of cards,
one blow from caving in?
Do you ever feel already buried deep?
6 feet under screams but no one seems to hear a thing
Do you know that there's still a chance for you
'Cause there's a spark in you
I remember I used to hear horribly triggering songs everywhere when XAH and I split up. I stopped turning on the radio and tv because I couldn't handle being triggered a dozen times a day. I ended up finding "my" song and played over and over, as a kind of anthem to my freedom:
There's only us
There's only this
Forget regret-- or life is yours to miss.
No other road
No other way
No day but today
I can't control
My destiny
I trust my soul
My only hope
is just to be
There's only now
There's only here
Give in to love
Or live in fear
No other path
No other way
No day but today(Rent)
I'm glad the song you mentioned ends with something positive.

I can't control
My destiny
I trust my soul
My only hope

There's only now
There's only here
Give in to love
Or live in fear
No other path

The same song has been following me around all over the place.
The first time I heard it, I was actually driving in my car, feeling really upset, and turned on the radio. After flipping through three radio stations, all playing this song, and finally settling on a fourth that wasn't... The four station's song ended about three seconds later, and this one came on.
Alright, HP, I'll listen to your stupid song! Geez.
It seems like whenever I am stressed out, or feeling low self confidence, the song comes on.
