Oh the smell

As you know I am new at this detachment stuff. I totally get that I can't do anything to help him... BUT when the alcohol fills the air and he walks around like nothing is going on JUST DRIVES ME CRAZY! Can I learn to live with this? Wondering when his next grumpy mood will surface... SO hard to watch someone kill themselves slowly.

I missed my alanon meeting today..... I think it would have really helped me cope with what I feel right now.
