The BOOK I should have read before...

I just started reading....Why Does he do That?....let me tell you.....I wanted to CRY because everything in the first 2 chapters....it IS my life...it IS what he does...and just knowing that the way I have felt is normal, and that I am not crazy, and that most of what he does was intentional to make me feel that way....I feel relief....and sadness....but I can't wait to read more!

Keep reading. Read every book you can get your hands on so you can build the strength you need to do what you know you need to do. Good luck.

I've got that book on my Alibris list. I haven't read it yet.

I'm reading the book I wish I'd read before.....is Beyond the Influence by Katherine Ketcham and W. F. Asbury. copyrighted 2000.

I'm glad I saw a review that noted this book is pretty much the same book as Under the Influence but new brain science has been added. For me the new brain science makes all the difference.

If you are someone who prefers hard science to pop-psychology, then this book will help you tremendously.

I just started this book and it is really really emotional for me to read and it describes my life too. I read it infront of A and have been underlining and staring alot of things, he's like, "Your reading that stuff about me? and why are you underlining it?" I just said, well in case I would like to go back and re-read it. He asked what it was about, asked me to read a bit of it and I did...he didn't utter a word after and I only read one sentence. But this book is sooo helpful to know I am not the craZY one.
