hello. just joined today, so very new this and new to chat rooms, but needing a place to go when i feel trapped at work and need recovery.

If you click the link next to "Chat Rooms," pick "Join Chat," then double click on the room on the right that says "Friends and Family," you'll get to our room. :)

Chat is anytime - post a thread and enter the F&F room and someone will show up. You start them too since it is often hard to find one time that fits everyone's schedule across time zones. This seems to be the biggest stumbling block but once you start one ppl will come.

Some scheduled chat times are Sundays12pm EST, T/Th 8pm EST. And a meeting is Sat 9pm EST.

I just wanted to say thank you Star for the chat last night. It was perfect timing and thank you for letting me vent I really needed it. Everyone on the site is awsome I hope you all have a great day. Hugs and prayers to all
