I had a tough week with the emotional rollercoaster feelings. He is still trying to act like we are together. Ask about planning a ski weekend and then made breakfast in bed for me. I just said thanks for breakfast and coffee and left for work.

It just gets so draining at times. I am trying to stay strong but really having a difficult time with it right now. I did not cave or backslide, so I feel good about that. The energy in the house is just so different now that I am actually following through. I know I am doing the right thing but it just feels so darn hard at times.

I get that same feeling too, I swear they never 'get' it. Even a lady in al-anon said she was divorsed for ten years and it took her exah about 4 years to finally 'get' that they weren't together.
