I suppose for me, if I take the car I will feel less worried that I enabled the drink driving.
She could still pawn the TV and her Jewelry to get a reasonalbe 500 Euro car and then sure at least I will be less anxious.
I think once you have called the cops and taken keys, you have done what you can do.
I know mine will be good as gold for two weeks when she comes back, demand her car, I won't have a leg to stand on and then she'll slip into old ways.
