Conference
Not that I've ever heard of.
In a way, it would be difficult because there is no single program that everyone pursues. In AA or Al-Anon, for example, everyone is more or less on the "same page"--there is a program everyone has in common.
On SR, we have common problems but not everyone pursues recovery via the same solution.

I wish, every time I come here, that we could all meet up and have thought about organizing (or recruiting others to organize he he) a "meet-up."
I was part of an infidelity support internet group and we would meet up every so often. It's wonderful to finally meet the people you grow close to.
I telecommute for work, so I've had the same experience at other conferences and love it.

I've met online friends from several different forums that I'm on. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to let people know where I'll be, and have managed to get together for coffee or lunch or something on numerous occasions. I've even met people for a quick bite or coffee when I'm changing planes at the airport!
It's hard to round up too many people all at once given how far-flung we are and the different schedules and family circumstances we all have, but it's certainly possible to meet in person as the opportunity and inclination present themselves!
