Yin and Yang
 

Was talking with my AA sponsor last night

who is now 'little miss alanon' btw :lmao

She's learning leaps and bounds about herself
and putting things together

she thanked me several times
for telling her about what I'd been
working on with my own recovery over here
in the F&F forums...

so again - I thank you all as well!


She's got herself a sponsor
and is doing the steps for Alanon...

somehow we got on the topic of
AA being so 'in your face' at times
and alanon being so ... well, NOT...
(say it nice and all that)

And it occurred to me
how necessary it is
to master both sides
in order to become whole.

SO like AA is the yang
Alanon is the yin...

the two energies and methodologies together
make ... *shrug* ...

us.


Not as well said as I'd have liked -
but it's getting there.

I'm wondering if I've got the makings
of a thesis paper in that.

Somewhere.


Anyway-
that aside .... where it belongs - LOL

I wanted to post
that shows what I mean
about our words
reaching so many
we've never met
and never will meet.

Everything we do -

... somebody is watching.
