I attended my 1st Al-non meeting
 

Hello all

I attended my first meeting tonight.. I was scared about going. I have been debating for a month to go or not or would it be a big waste of time for me . I always thought why do I need help ... I wasnt the one with the problem. It gave me alot of relieve that Im not alone and they are there for the same reason. Listening to everyone share what there experiences was good.
I never spoke to the group ,but listening gave me hope for tomorrow. I thinking about attending another one tomorrow night

Yeah, it's a bit of a shock that we need help, ourselves. But it's such a relief to find a place where we can get it.
