Hi guys,
I am feeling very under the weather today.
Somehow, with my head pounding and my throat so sore, I can't seem to get through the easiest tasks. Ughh... and I missed getting my flu shot this week.

So, I am gonna take a break from this board for awhile... until I feel better at least.
I'll be back for Tuesday night chat - and perhaps I'll pop in if I get some free "feeling better" time.
I don't know why I thought u all should know - just don't want you to think I've dissapeared

Take care of yourself Meg! Glad you requested leave before you disappeared! We would have come lookin otherwise! Eat some chicken noodle soup... and cuddle up in a warm blanket! Lifetime television is great for these times too!

PS I got my flu shot this week and wished I hadn't. My arm has a huge knot on it and feels like someone whacked me with a baseball bat!!!!

... I love being in my jammies under a warm blanket with hot tea and the LifeTime channel. Hearing it posted here makes me want to go home right now and veg out.

Maybe I'll have a virtual cold tomorow so I can do it anyway! I'll enjoy it that much more if I don't have to blow my nose every three minutes.

Hugs to you Meg. I had three weeks of misery recently with just a plain head cold. It is amazing how much we take a clear nose for granted until we get clogged up.

It's no fun being ill,I absolutely hate it.I woke up with a terrible throat infection last week,but thankfully after only 3 antibiotic tablets(don't worry,I'm finishing the whole course though),less than 24 hours,I felt 90% better...I hope your recovery is just as quick.

meg, Hoping you recover so quickly you'll forget you were sick...Thanks for the update....After all we are codies here..I missed one day of posting and felt I'd let the whole world down..Life does go on happening inspite of our best efforts...You did teach me a lesson through I'll try to remember to ask for R&R when I need it.

It should make you feel better to know you have been missed.

Tonight I have to go to my dance class, and I'll be pretty tired...
