Just wanted to check in...
Yes, I'm still alive. 
I'm immersed in my final semester of college with a full load, plus getting used to some medication adjustments for my pain issues.
Add in 3 adult dogs, 2 puppies, with one at 10 months of age, and one at 12 weeks of age, and I have my hands full!
I'm taking it a day at a time, sometimes an hour at a time. Recovery is at the top of my priority list. Been spending more time with my sponsor, and now have a couple of women back in AA (both chronic relapsers), so life is interesting. I already turned the one gal down to sponsor her because we tried that once before and she wasn't willing to do any work in recovery.
I just gave my phone number to the other gal tonight, and we'll see what happens.
When this semester is over, I'll have the time to post and read more here at SR.

(((DeVon))) - sooooo glad to see you!! Did you get the garnishment thing taken care of? Do I need to come there and bring a case of "whoop-a$$"?
You definitely have your hands full, and I am totally impressed that your in your last semester...I still have so far to go, and am about to go study, right now. You're still my inspiration

Glad you are trucking along with all that you have going on.
We had a power outage due to a snowstorm last night and I found myself sleeping beneath two dogs and three cats. We were cozy and warm if but a little cramped.
As I drifted off to sleep to the chorus of snoring around me, I wondered what those folks who aren't lucky enough to be loved by furry companions out there do when their heat goes out. Guess they just freeze their crumpets off all alone. How sad.
