I just know that I am VERY grateful that I'm not "famous"--having every move I make recorded in the papers, TV, and internet. I can only imagine the labels that would be attached to me!!!

I know I'm getting old when I scan the covers of 20 magazines at the grocery check out and don't know who the hell anyone is.

Thanks and God bless us all,

I was reading about him yesterday, and what's with all the "tweeting" about feelings of love for someone?

So immature.

I can't watch Two and a Half Men anymore either. It's pathetic.

What's his name is like the poster boy for rehab, and he has a drink in his hand in almost every scene.

It still makes me laugh though.

Thanks and God bless us all,

See, I can watch other shows where there's drinking, I mean I had tears rolling down my face when watching an episode of The Big Bang Theory when Sheldon gets drunk, and does a public speaking thing, but in that case, it's not an every day, every scene occurrence either.

An episode a few weeks ago of 2 1/2 men kinda struck home, Charlie decided to "quit drinking" because he had tried to mail his jeans because of a flaw. but his quitting drinking was to drink beer and wine instead of hard liquor. And I occasionally hear that "I could be worse, I could be drinking whiskey, etc" instead of beer, etc. So yeah, maybe a few years removed from the situation it will be funny again.
