Hate it when I feel this way
 

I think I get amnesia sometimes. I just feel bummed that I can't email or call my ex to ask how his holidays were or just to say Hi. Everytime I've done that, it always ended in him trying to manipulate me in some way, zing me, act superior, you know all the tactics. I have to keep telling myself, this isn't someone that you can be friends with and just say Hi. It just doesn't work that way.

good for you that you set boundaries..and have the no contact rule....its all good my friend! you need healthy things in your life...we all deserve that...gosh, i know i do, and i deserve good things too.....

find PEACE...go to alanon...at least try...
