I read this book before I was "really" seperated from my AH, now reading it the second time and having a different mindset I have been able to grasp more of the idea of being myself outside of him and everything. The idea that I can be happy in spite of everything else going on...and the person who choses that is me! Seems like something so easy to understand, but is wasn't before. So, now I read this book in a new mindset and am learning things that even though I had read before, are eye openning! I'm so glad to be feeling this freedom and happiness to be me again! Happy Thanksgiving....this is just one thing I have to be thankful for this year!!

Knowledge is power! I too had to reread the book, the first time I read it I couldn't grasp the concept, the second time, it all made sense.
