And now it's the cell phone companies fault
That the phones were shut off for a few hours because he paid the bill drunk(causing a payment to come out of my bank account, which is kept open only for paypal, so obviously not enough money in it for the cell phone bill, I don't even know why my bank account was listed as an account for the cell phone), since my bank declined the payment, the phones were shut off.
So, now he's doing early cancellation on 2 phones($200 each) and getting new phones, accessories with a different company. Did I mention that all the bills are still late, that there is still a hole in the roof of the house that needs to be fixed ASAP?
I keep hoping he'll hit bottom soon, but it just isn't happening. I doubt my leaving will even make it happen.

Oh, and I, rather than going along with this scheme, which will leave everyone involved without phones at some point, am going to keep my cheapie emergency Net10 phone, and pay $15 a month for service on it. Luckily I have that much sitting in paypal from 2 things I sold.

pixilation-
if he is using your bank account to try to pay for things, why don't you close that account and open a new one?
i know its a hassle to re-verify a new bank account with paypal, but you'll be back up and running in a week or two.
if he has your account numbers and security codes, he could do some damage, even if there is nothing in the account, due to bouncing fees.
