well, that verse from galatians puts it all in proper perspective.

whenever i am faced with unreasonable government fees, i remember:

give to cesar what is cesar's, and give to god what is god's.

that always helps me let go of matrix worries and focus on more important things, like my spiritual life and duty.

Thanks everyone and I gotta say-when I saw it changed I felt like a boat anchor had been cut off my neck. L2L I could not wipe the smile off my face!

LaTeeDa thanks for connecting those two. I have to say it makes me feel different too! When I saw it I just thought YES--that's it!

I felt joyous all day to not have that other name anymore. I'm likin' HoopNinja.

Hollyanne karma definitely is a b*&^%

love the new name...quite suits you...must admit a smile when it first appeared...maybe i should get a hoola hoop too! although, right now, a rebounder is top of the list...

the last few days, i have felt an overall uplifiting energy from the posts here...

rebounders are great naive. I have one for my kids. I got it beause since they were never held and bounced (like you do when your baby is crying and you hold them and sort of bounced them gently in your arms) the part of the brain the involves emotion regulation did not develop properly. So bouncing is helping them (I hope) to create those neurological pathways.

Plus it's fun to bounce!

If you ever decide you want to hoop let me know and I can find a group for you. The cool thing about hooping is I have seen no attitude from anyone and everyone helps everyone else learn new stuff. It definitely puts you in your happy place.

So, I wonder, how many calories does a half hour of hooping burn?

Basic hooping will burn 300 calories in half an hour. Hoop like a ninja :) and you will burn more :c029: Also, great core exercise, trims the waist and hips when you do on body hooping. Off body hoop (ninja!) and you can burn more and tone up upper body.

Most people do both on body and off body hooping when they hoop.

Quote ((trims the waist and hips )) Looking for MY waist, and can't find it.

Ok, have image with general idea of what me hoopla-ing could look like.
