I am still here...
ASO went to rehab.
He is trying hard to be OK, but not working his program.
I may have to ask him to leave until he works it out.
I am emotional and feel like a raw nerve.
Otherwise he has been OK with me, up until today when I questioned his plans to go out and seea friends band at an old haunt of his.
He left angry.
He has been out of treatment for 4 days.

I can feel that you are in pain. It is such a long road. My AH was in rehab for 3 months, got out in December, and I'm still not ready for him to come back into the house.
There are so many feelings it can be hard to feel them all. Sometimes it feels like the feelings are screaming at me. Less now than before.
Take care of yourself. That's all you can do.

not a great choice to go see a friend's band at an old haunt in early recovery. sounds like a loaded situation. and to leave angry also. don't be surprised if he drinks and then blames you for it.
do what you need to do to take care of yourself. that's hard for us codie's but i find its getting easier and easier once i began to do it. i literally stop and ask myself "what do i want?" and try to identify what that might be.
