My Facebook Decision

To the ex who broke my heart 16 years ago, contacted me on FB and said how much he wanted to talk to me - but couldn't find even 1 hour to chat after all was said and done, my message:

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Leave me alone from here on out.

I love it how we are unable to put up with BS from many others not only the person we usually talk about in this forum. That shows more self worth. GOOD JOB!!

I am starting to hate FB but one thing it has helped me do is set and communicate personal boundaries. I think it's easier for me to do so on-line than in-person. Good for you Purple Squirrel.

TC I agree with how we carry over what we have learned here and at AlAnon and apply it to all relationships. For the first time in my life I feel moderately healthy. If my guy tells me something--I know there is a reason. Some times I worry that I have moved to the other end of the spectrum and have a 0 tolerance for BS but then remind myself that it is NORMAL to not tolerate BS.

So yay for you purple squirrel!!!
