O/T how to make that "tweet" thing go away So does anyone else have a thingy on the left side of the screen that says' "tweets?" I do. How do I make it go away? Where did it come from? Are they watching me? Should I get out the tin foil hat? :ugh: |

I clicked on the tweet to make it go away and it GOT BIGGER!! Why is it the more you meddle the worse it gets? I know there is a pertinent message in there people. ;) |
For those of us that use the Firefox web browser, use the Adblock Plus add-on and poof the tweety thingy goes by-by. Place the pointer over it, right click, choose and click 'Adblock Plus: Block image...'. then click 'Add filter', Wa-la and it it goes away. PS. It can be unblocked if one should change their mind. |

SR changed since it went commercial. I miss the not for profit days. I also very much resent anyone profiting from the distress that brings folks here. I see this tweets button as a slap in the face to anyone who has ever been hurt by addiction. I hope it's removed quickly. |

Foil hat, ha ha....too funny...I too, tried to get rid of it...ok I give...I have my tin foil hat on, and it is lightening like h*ll, do you think I need to worry? Oopps, too late, my brown eyes just turned blue! |
