I screwed up again!
Oh, anger. Anger improves our resolve.
What a jerk. But it is better to see and hear the truth, at least you save time.
Man, the first months are horrible. You are doing very well!
I hope his ex wife NEVER lets him back to her life, either.
I have been 2 years No Contact. And we interact at work. So, if those analogies are right, its like an alkie has passed 8 hours of her life in a bar, yet has not taken a sip! are there any 2 year chips with a special bonus for "strenous context" ?
Unfortunately many men think with their... well, you know... and no offense here, but that is what an animal does right? get food, reproduce, sleep? if you need a pet there are nice dogs and cats for adoption

" O God, help me to believe the truth about myself, no matter how beautiful it is..Amen"
I really want to encourage everyone to read this book "Happiness Now" by Dr Robert Holden. I am listening to the CD version, and it has brought me such joy and serenity!
Dr Holden states that the key to happiness is acceptance of ourselves.
To know, accept and love ourselves just as we are...to know that we are worthy, good enough right here, right now.
Happiness resides inside all of us, it is our natural state of being. No need looking for happiness in other people, things, achievements, etc.
