F & F Sat meetings
Hi, I am kassie and chair the meeting on Sat nights. The meeting is at 9 pm EST and is for Friends and Family members. There is no need for the password at this time. Any questions PM me but I hope to see you there!

I appreciate the format you are using with the Sat nite meeting. It is really like the meetings I attend face to face.
For the newbies:
The chair person - Kassie - gives us a subject for discussion. We then take turns sharing and this is handled by posting the (!) (exclamation mark). Kassie will then ask you to share.
Just like face to face meetings - you are allowed to share without interruption and without being challenged. For me that has always been a huge part of my recovery: being able to share without being interrupted or minimized by an alcoholic! Same thing happens in the Sat nite meeting!

being in ohio and michigan makes us in the exact right time zone!
9 pm eastern time
or 2100 for you military types.
i think you just click on chat on the top blue line, and someone will help you.
