Hey Ya'll I didn't see one of these already started, if there's another you can bite my angry butt.

Just kidding.

Just read through a bulk of the Rage chapter, I'm fascinated to see that somehow, the day after I learned my AH had brought another woman to my house during the week I was gone with the kids to see my sister, I shifted immediately into the constructive part of Rage.

I think this happened because this was round 2. He had moved out two years earlier and had two affairs then. I knew all about internalizing the anger, turning it on myself.

I don't have much time this morning to write, but this chapter has really turned on the light bulb for me. I lived for decades in this reactionary rage state folks.

I love this book.
