If I could check what time zone is the meeting in - we are anywhere between 5 and 9 hours different. I assume that its at 9.00 forum time. If so the forum is 9 hours behind us...that means a 6am start here in the UK Kia.

Its eastern standard time US.
Lets see, hmmmm it would be 1500 or 1400 depending on daylight savings time?
lemme go check.

there is a world time zone clock on the forum,
on the chat/chat meetings thread.

it is 1350 here in the eastern US.

Its just about to be 7pm.
Is EST the one that is 6 hours behind? I am used to dealing with US and UK time differences. I married an American.

I dont see why not FBH,
maybe ask one of the admin, or open a thread in the meeting/chat thread.
There are plenty of you across the ponders (hehehehe) here,
seems like a great idea.
:ghug3

There are several UK members asking for a meeting and that is a possibility. In the mean time I am suggesting that the UK people can use the "alanoroom" in the chat area. It is a private chat room for F&F only. Can be used anytime! You can set up a time through the forum thread to get other's attention or post whenever you feel like talking. Someone will come.

My suggestion is that there are many here on the weekends in the afternoon hours and during the week the afternoon hours and evenings are busy. (That is EST) In trying to look at the possibilities it becomes hard to find a time between PST and UK time that is reasonable across the board. BTW, been there, love the country and its folk!
