I still want to say come home but what is that going to resolve. Nothing. The same old thing would happen again. There is peace in my home now. Quiet. Sometimes too quiet but at least there is no stress.
Each day I have to do something when my mind starts going in 10 million directions to stop those thoughts.

Sometimes we need to be quiet, to listen to the rational and factual, voice in our head, instead of the noisy, "loving" and emotional one in our heart.
Your heart says "come home, but your head says "no way".........I guess you are where I found myself last year with RABF, finally refusing to have my life and love, held to ransom any longer. Knowing that giving in to the emotional, will prolong the misery and no-one wins, only loses yet again.
May it get easier for you, and may you become stronger daily.
