I need a hug
Bless you Live, here's a big granny hug for you. I hate to think of you being so down when I am full of joy here, so I am sending a load over to you.
Just sit quietly and comfortably til it arrives.
God bless

Sending big hug from Ohio.
When I feel that way, I tell myself, It will pass.
Hugs work better, tho.
Maybe try smiling, even if you dont feel it on the inside. they say that helps. let me know
hope you feel better today,
chicory

Thanks so much....your warm hugs mean more than I can say!
I think I am going to have to change my sleep med.
It causes very vivid dreams in me and I can't always remember them....but from last night's they are taking a turn towards horrid, horrid nightmares.
This wouldn't be the first time this has happened.
I quit taking it before for this very reason.
I have a Dr's appmt today.

Wrapping you in a warm ray of sunlight--like the rays that stream in through my kitchen windows around mid day. The kind that cats and my little Yorkie, Steve, often take advantage of.
Too bad there's no such thing as a people perch for windows. Oh wait, perhaps there is--a window seat. Think of yourself curled up in a cushy window seat with the sunlight warming your neck and shoulders on a chilly fall afternoon, reading a good book, sipping a cup of tea, and nibbling on a homemade biscotti that's jam packed with dried cranberries, raisins, and finely chopped pecans.
