Well, to say I've been resisting exploring this issue is an understatement, but recent major and continuing over-reactions on my part to 2 very supportive friends retiring and leaving state and my mother deciding to also leave state this fall have highlighted for me my need to dig in. I'll be off to the library to get the book and will join you guys later.

I have loaned my copy out to a fellow Al-Anon person, but would love to re-read again, and this is the kind of book that makes it worth it to have more than one copy of.

Actually maybe I will get it on my Kindle.....
