Wink OT Thank you again, to all the Moms in SR

I said this before but I am filled with gratitude towards you, the moms in SR that take time to share their daily struggles, especially with their daughters.

I talked to my mom today and she thanked me and told me I have changed a lot lately- I am more flexible, call her more, try to take care of her more in whatever way I can.. all that has come to me naturally - and we both cried and I said - "it is all little in comparison to all of what YOU have given me".

Thanks to the Moms in SR I understand my own mom much better, all she had to go through during her divorce 25 year ago and in a very closed society.. and realize the incredible dedication and strength needed to be a Mom...

Thank you, thank you for this incredible gift I received today. Being told by my Mom that she feels loved by me.

"Off Topic"--IOW (in other words), not directly related to recovery.

Actually, I feel it is quite on topic.

There hasn't been an OT post yet I considered actually off topic.

As we journey down the road of recovery, we find it touches all aspects of our lives.

It is always good to see relationships from both sides.

There is no better goal in life than to love well and take care of our family.
Yea for you being a wonderful daughter.
