Went out this evening and had a blast! Our little county fair is going on, and tonight was the demolition derby. I haven't been to one since high school!
It was 3 hours of smash 'em bash 'em fun! Amber and her ABF and I all sat on the bottom bleachers, and man did we get sprayed with mud when those cars came around!
Amber was scraping it off behind my ears because we'd all duck our heads down when we saw it coming.
That was worth every bit of the $5 admission, and I don't care that I wore a white shirt and now it's polka dot!
Tomorrow night I'm taking Amber's ABF's mother with me to the movies to see Despicable Me.
