A compliment....
 

One of my friends today game me a compliment in an email they sent today. I must say it has been a very LONG time sense I have had someone compliment me - AH obviously never does that. THe compliment confirmed what I KNOW about myself, but what AH always tried to take away and demean. It felt SO good to hear someone say something kind like that...made me realize how horrible my relationship was if that was all it took to make me feel good!!!

Yikes! I remember a relationship I was in that fell into that kind of starvation and deprivation. I am too old to live on such crumbs now. I want a full buffet! :)
