Some quick thoughts for you, for advertising angles:
Environmental/Green: Refurbishing the existing lens is better for the environment than replacing it.
Safety: Clear lenses make driving at night safer.
Economical: In these tough economic times, this is the thrifty (yet safe) way to go.

I was in LOVE w/the idea of a "green" business from the inception of my plan. On the back of my card, under the "recycle" logo around a green earth picture it's gonna say, "Love your Mother". What could be more spiritual than a green business? I know!
Mark ole Coyote's words, FORTUNES are gonna be made behind this whole green movement. It's just the right, not to mention, sane thing to do.

The most important aspects of your business card are:
-the catchy name that everyone remembers
-something that tells the consumer WHAT the product/service is
-how to get it ... ie: contact info
Maybe a card that on one side the catchy name in big bold shiny letters, then a smaller print line under it describing what the product is, & your contact information. Simple & memorable.
IT'S PERFECTLY CLEAR
you need headlight reconditioning
call Coyote 21 ...
or something along those lines anyway ...
You could have the other selling points/info on the flip side of the card ... the environmental, safety, budget etc selling points.
Good Luck with it

When I lived in Florida there was a guy who went from office parking lot to office parking lot...he washed cars, I loved it, he was there every 2 weeks....but just thought that you might be interested in going to office complexes where there are lots of cars parked all day to drum up some business.

The drivers side I did on my car, left the other side cloudy, (it's a rolling Before/After ad) makes the car look years younger.
Hummm, I may just slather some on me.

Exactly, the business cards I picked out have the little "recycle" logo and a green earth on the back, and I'm gonna pitch the safety, $$$ angle on the website.

Offer a drawing... once a week, month, etc... the winner gets the full headlight treatment... ask people to enter by dropping their business card into a container located at a local business... let the business owner pull the winning card... and you have a bazillion leads to boot.
Best of luck!
Oh, and then for a logo you could have a little smiling car underneath the name, shining rays of light ahead (like in a triangular shape).
