If he is in this nasty state of mind with you now, when he has been sober for nearly a year, what is he like when drinking. AND does it matter whether he is treating you this way sober or drunk? It sucks either way, and he needs telling to grow up quick.
The trouble I had was fearing I may tip my RABF over the edge if I said "the wrong thing", but he managed to bite the dust no matter what I did.
If this behavior upsets you (and it would have steam coming out my ears), let him know it, and if he takes it ok and cools it then that is good for you both, if he runs for the bottle then you know that too. Frankly if tip toes thru the eggshells, unable to say your piece, is the the price you pay for their sobriety, then it is too expensive for me.
