daughter engaged
My daughter has a 7 month old baby and is getting married to the dad next summer. They are great young people and have done a lot to keep me sane.
I will probably walk my daughter down the aisle. She said there is no man in her life she wants to walk her. She asked her dad, even though she despises him. She felt she had to give him a chance to stand up and be the dad she deserves. He said no, so I jumped right in and told her I would be honored to walk her down the aisle.
I admire my daughter and I am so very proud of her for everything she has done. Wish me luck.

She is lucky to have you in her life. My real Dad left before I was born and my first Step Dad was a jerk who left us as well but my Step Dad now is the only man I've ever truly seen as a Dad. It's wonderful to have a man in your life to look up to. She is very lucky that she has someone who cares for her as much as you do.
