One last peep about yoga
Moksha yoga: less strenuous poses and series than Bikram, also done in a hot room. A good intro to doing hot yoga (which cleanses you out baby...your undies will be wet).
Honestly, once you've got the basics down, an intermediate to advanced Hatha class can kick butt just as much as ashtanga. You get the relaxation, plus the flexibility workout, but you also do cool inversion poses that really work your shoulders and back and leave you feeling 5 inches taller.

Got all these different styles and poses written down and the thread is subscribed to as well. Now to get some things accomplished so I can make some room and time to get into this.
