is there anything i should look for while he getting of these lortabs some one tell me he will stop being a crab

Sorry...can't do that.

Are you going to meetings yourself?? If not I would suggest that you do. That is what you can do while he is getting off Lortabs....focus on you.

Earplugs.
Your shopping list.
A good book.
The car keys.
Some girlfriends to hang out with.
Your sneakers. Take a brisk walk.
Pen and paper. Start your journal.
The cat or dog or kid. Cuddle it like crazy.
