New job
Hey guys!
I just wanted to share with you something that has just happened to me.
I was offered a new job this week - and I wasn't even looking. It's a step down in pay, but it's 20 miles closer to home and a lot less stressful. Right now I work for a big company as an executive assistant and I don't really like it. I miss the small office atmospher.
The new job is as an office manager for two opthamologists. I don't have any medical office background, but they're willing to take a chance with me. One of the doctors is my hairdresser's husband - that's how I got the in.
I'm totally stoked and I really feel my HP working in my life. Like I said, I wasn't even looking for it. And even if it is a drop in pay, it will give me a lot more serenity - which is what I need right now. There is a reason why I was offered this job and I think I would be stupid not to listen to my HP and take it.
Just wanted to share some good news since I often share the bad junk.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and are able to maintain your serenity thoughout.
You all are in my thoughts and prayers every day!!

Way cool!! Twenty miles closer is two gallons of gas less a day which, around her would be a savings of $3 a day, $15 a week. It will also give you at least 40 more minutes of disposable time in your day. That could be worth a lot! Sounds great, go for it!!!
Hugs!
