Some progress

Hello SR family,
Since I am taking something for my anxiety now..for the first time in over 18 months I was able to fall asleep without a sleeping pill last night!!! I woke up once but I am still so proud!!

Oh, good to hear that lulu.

Anxiety, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy (well, maybe that's not entirely true)

It can certainly be paralyzing, but say goodbye to it and hello to living!

yeah baby! As a single mother to an often congested, still nursing toddler of 20 months, I SO dig having a good night's sleep. It can *honestly* change your perspective on the entire universe when you do.

What an excellent feeling! I used to suffer from anxiety/panic attacks. I was lucky enough to force myself to sleep without the help of sleeping pills. The antidepressants are what work for me. That and giving it up to my HP.

Oh a good night's sleep always seems to make things a bit better for me! I'm so glad you can get some decent sleep, it does make a difference!

Hooray for a good night's sleep.
It puts a totally new and positive picture into the brain and changes everything.
