Reading his macho whiny baby punishment routine on Facebook pales in comparison to the work you're doing in the world, FOR the world.
Ain't got a minute to waste on that stuff, honestly you don't.
Artemis has your back on that one. She's been needing some target practice anyway. She can shoot that lobster right out of his hand, methinks.

You are doing great! Keep ignoring him. I think you can block him on FB, right? Don't engage! Stay strong! You know, sometimes my XH would pull similar stuff to try to get me to blow up, so he could be all, "See? Look at how you are!"
And you are a fantastic mother! I go through the same feelings of guilt about the wasted time spent on XH. We can only change from today on. Our kids are resilient, and we can make a difference in their lives starting today.
I'm also so excited to hear about your awesome career! Mine is picking up too. I was so paralyzed during the worst of it, that I almost had to shut down my business and declare bankruptcy, but by the grace of God I am still here.

I blocked him on Facebook. First I defriended him. but could still see everything. I blocked him. Without hesitation. I haven't been able to do that.
I deleted his texts. I threw away the letter he wrote me and left on my car when I was in yoga, without reading it.
I just found out there are several badass women from SR in my area. Saturday I have to speak at a rally in front of a thousand people. I've been nervous about it, but know that what I will say will be perfect, impactful and true.
After, I man the booth for my paper till 4, at which time I plan to party. And laugh. And make more contacts. And be with people who love and respect me. And move through this life with joy and confidence and represent the Sun-Sign Leo woman I was born to be.
Who wants to come along?

My Facebook life is pretty rad since I messaged all of X's friends when I found out about his affair, round two. He and the OW removed their pages and haven't been back since. It was wrong of me, but I plead temporary insanity. You know when you're in recovery after an affair and then, after slowly starting to trust again, you find out that you're not actually in recovery? Yeah, I was seeing red.

You will do just fine at that rally, as you always do.
I wish I could be there too, but there is a looong distance from where I am to where you are, so must just be there in spirit.
Anyway, you and I are at least on the same planet....which is not where your AH is, or has been for ages, the poor, sorry and pathetic excuse for a man.
If you feel a presence behind you, it is all of us, your SR fans, standing there to cheer you on.
