Asking for prayers for an extra special cat tomorrow
If one of my horses had to stay over @ the vet -
he knew I was going to be staying WITH her.
LOL! And I did- right in the stall with her,
didn't leave room for any argument.

LOL Jadmack!! thanks for that laugh I needed it!!
Being owned by a cat or cats is the best feeling ever. They have a better quality of life than me.
They got vitamins, there's always $$ for the doc, they have timely vaccinations (I don't even know what vaccines I've had! yes that's how its like down here), eat $20-worth of special food (while my meal was $2 dollars), own the good pillows, play all day, sleep under the sun all the time they need.
I am glad Velcro is OK

Thought I'd update everyone and let you know Velcro is doing fabulous. The sutures come out next Monday.
He's back to sleeping with me at night, and has to have his face pressed against mine when we both go to sleep.
I managed to snap a pic of him sleeping on the footrest to the rocker/glider the other day. You can see his wild lime green sutures!

Thanks! He's actually the second Velcro I've had, and a dead ringer for the first one in looks and personality, right down to the cheek to cheek stuff in bed.
The first one showed up as a stray several years ago. Unfortunately he had feline leukemia. It's a horrible way for a cat to die, so I made the painful decision to send him over the bridge.
When this fellow showed up a few years ago, Amber and I could not believe he was an identical twin, right down to the moon face. She said our first Velcro had definitely sent him, and wanted to name this one Velcro too.
He does stick to people like Velcro, and is up on anyone's lap who stops by to visit!
