please help
 

please help me...i am new to this site and have learned alot in the time that i have been here..but got the call that changed everything today. my sister is in liver failure and they are not expecting her to survive the weekend. my hb and me and the girls are headed to ca to say good bye. i am not a religious person but i do know the power of prayer, and that is what i am asking for right now...please!
