Oh I so needed to read this little song today...my ex just contacted me. "I'm realizing now all the things I did wrong." "I'm realizing I behaved inappropriately in all of these ways."

Just one time. Yep. Week 5. Sometimes it's a little later, sometimes a little sooner, but it's always the same.

Yes..until they get better its always the same...Their behavior has no reflection on our worth but they sure as hell try to makeus feel worthless, or on top of the world or whatever mood they feel we should be in to get THEIR needs met. No thanks! My life is so nice now!! He walked from me and I get to reap the benefits. How wonderful! He finally did something good for me!

It becomes very easy because if I frame it all in the context of he will say and do whatever he needs to get his supply. It makes total sense. Pushes me away when the supply comes from someone else. Tries to bring me closer when that doesn't pan out, or he's through with the supply.

It's never about what he says it's about. There is a reason why I get these emails at exactly the same time every time we break up. It's the time when he finally misses me and will say whatever to get me back.
