How to cope with my anger? Please advise
But also, I've gone back to eating sweets to anesthetize myself against anger
and sadness at the general situation Got to get back on track. Any advice?

it's still self-harming when done in that manner isn't it?
And yet - where else are the endorphins gonna come from?
Just because it's quiet and passive resistant -
doesn't make it any less a war.
I dunno.
When I make myself say the words....
'food is not love".
I mean say them out loud - it really DOES something.
You might try that.

seriously celibacy should mean you aren't in an intimate relationship unless you are just waiting for marriage.
I stayed in a nearly celibate relationship for 2 years (first 3 years of relationship were not celibate) and as soon as we broke up I went nuts and slept with the first man I could find, got into the "9 1/2 weeks" relationship that lasted 2 years etc. You are repressing.
Don't do that to yourself.

Add another to the celibate club. One time in the last two years, might be three.
Get this, I didn't put the dishes in the drainer right. I didn't put the glasses in the cabinet right. I wonder if I wiped my butt right. Probably not.

Can I use this?
It's perfect.
And since you're getting great advice here, the only I can add is to stay away from firearms. And don't run him over with the car. I had a crazy moment of considering it once. Scary.
I've been working on my anger (more like planet-destroying fury)

Sometimes I spit in his coffee before I bring it in the morning and yes I know I'm not supposed to do stuff like that.
The only reason I haven't cheated is my mom and my sister's marriages were broken by that. I haven't heard of it improving anybody's relationship.
Seriously, this is easily the most painful thing I've ever been through.
Sure you can use it. I don't have any firearms and I don't drive a car. So we're clear there.
and i didnt want to mess up my car with his yuckiness.

okay, no, you are not supposed to do this, but if he wants to be sure, he can get his own coffee. hehehehe
