A friend sent me this

knowing that STBXAH was at it again with the manipulation--a last ditch effort to drag me in because in 2 weeks we close on the house and I have a place to go and he does not. I thought about putting it on my desktop and listening to it daily--this to shall pass (and it is sort of funny so mad me laugh too).

I'm so happy you posted this and I'm so happy I opened it. That made my heart light. (I think I cried a little). I can't think of a better way to have started my day.
