Getting Past Your Breakup

A book by Susan J. Elliott.

Ok, I got this book because someone on here recommended it. It's really good. There is a lot of info in there about NC.

There is also some homework from it. She wrote something called "The Relationship Inventory," where you have to go through and answer a lot of tough questions, like:

9.) Think back to the beginning of the relationship and make a list of all the early warning signs.
10.) Write down the five most hurtful incidents to you in the relationship...were there apologies and promises made and not kept?

Let the journaling begin!!!

Oh I would like to get that book but sometimes I think it's STILL paying too much attention to someone who for the most part is no longer in my mind but when there is a trigger at work???

GREAT QUESTIONS!! her webpage is great too.

After the relationship inventory she has the LIFE inventory where you focus just on you and how to move forward with goals and a plan and a clear vision of what you DO want. Nice.
