Hubby says they never told him, but the nurses there told me "He knows". On his release forms, they have put alcoholic hepatitis on background of liver cirrohsis.

Wow, CashFan, you sure have a lot to deal with here.
I will pray for you, and strength to see you thru this.
Amazing.

I live in the U.S. and in my experience
most doctors don't give anyone
absolute answers on life expectancy.
Probably due to not knowing themselves.

When my non drinker Mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
she declined further painful treatments and
therefore ......Hospice was there to help us at home
manage her care during her final 5 months.

They were awesome....with a hospital bed..chair
daily visits......meds.....all free of charge.
Tho it was not required....my brother and I did give
a donation in her memory.

Do you have Hospice available in your area?

Prayers still zipping your way...

thanks wicked, and carol, yes we have something very similar here, I am planning to go see them this week. Thanks phiz too, I just gotta see each day thru for now. Altho i am getting a bit frazzled, Im coping pretty well. I can get out of the house tonight as I have cfs training, (fire fighting), and altho Im tired, I have all this adrenalin pumping for some reason I cant sleep, so need a workout or something lol. If I knew if its too late or not to reverse this condition would be good to know, so i can be prepared, i dunno, just thats me. Glad your puter's fixed.

I wish I had something to say that would help. I will keep both of you in my prayers to night. You for some sleep and peace. Him for health and sobriety
