Hahaha...that's ok, i'm right there with you!

In Psych class the other day I had to bring up a Sat Night Live skit from the 80's that was in relation to what we were discussing....
the students looked at me blankly...but the professor got it! lol

BTW, ladies, the reason that spiders can do that is because they "wear" their skeletons (as opposed to their "soft parts") on the outside of their bodies.....and, yeah, there's definitely a nice metaphor there for some of the qualities required for good self-care!

OMG! My recovery is actually showing! I was at work (where the customer is always right) and an oblivious customer shifted his large self right into my path of walking. Landing his big foot on mine.

I said: "Hey, I'm wearing these shoes!" and kept walking.

(It was a knee jerk response I always gave my kids when they stepped on the back of my sandals)
