List 3 things for this week....
Okay, yesterday, Meg asked what we had done for ourselves recently...I suggested that we take it a little further and do something similar daily. So, I'll start todays....list 3 things you'll do this week for YOU.... (I've been attending Weight Watchers and one of the leaders stated that if you verbally or written, listed goals for yourself that others can see, it makes you more accountable...so I figure we can try it!
1. Run 4 miles this week (It's Wednesday and I haven't run even one!!!!)
2. Take a nice long relaxing hot bath at least once.
3. clean my bedroom (which at the moment is Filthy and has dirty clothes in it, but due to my washer not working, I haven't had a chance to wash them!)
Okay, let's see the lists!

1. Go to the pet store and play with the puppies
2. Get up 30 min earlier and take a walk. Time to quit procrastinating, I KNOW I will feel so much better once I get started!
3. This is harder than I thought., I guess I need to spend a bit more time doing something nice for ME. I can't think of anything else right now!!!

OK.... Lets see,
1. walk my son to school, instead of driving him.
2. Finish painting the cabinets.
3. Buy a great magazine, just perfect for a hot soak in the bath
AND the things I WON'T do, just for me...
4. DON'T let HIS mood get ME down.
5. STOP guessing what people are thinking.
6. STOP being afraid of just being me.

Ok - here are my 3 things...
1. Do a footbath and paint my toe nails
2. Make my hair appointment
3. Read from a Melody Beattie book at least a half hour everyday
The things I won't do....
1. Not let my AH try to control my emotions
2. Give up something I want to do just because of my AH
3. Ignore my inner voice

1.) Attend a Nar-Anon meeting
2.) Attend a Al-Anon meeting
3.) Go to Starbucks for a latte'
Three things I will "TRY" to do for myself this week:
1.) make a healthy dinner
2.) eat that healthy dinner
3.) do the dishes after eating the healthy dinner
Three things I "WILL-NOT" do this week for myself:
1.) I SWEAR that one day out of the week I will not stalk Michael
2.) see #1
3.) see#2

3 things I will do:
1. Take a extra 10 minute break for prayer and meditation this afternoon instead of waiting till night.
2. Be really aware of the sunshine and enjoy it.
3. Read the whole JUST FOR TODAY bookmark and really what hear what it's telling me.
3 things I will work very hard at not doing;
1. Tearing or shredding anyone else's spirit not matter how they are behaving.
2. Not Judging anyone my walk puts in front of me.
3. Quit trying to beat the "eveready battery:" giving my self some rest.

3 things I will do for ME
1. Finish packing and get ready to move.
2. Have dinner with a girlfriend and just laugh and have fun
3. Call my brother and invite him for Thanksgiving...(Canadian Thanksgiving is in October).
That should keep me busy enough to not have to worry about the "not do" list LOL.

2) Visit with my best girlfriend for the weekend and not talk about problems or my AH at all.
3) Buy myself some clothes and shoes for fall.

1) Think about what my AH is doing when I'm away with my girlfriend and daughter.
2) Let my AH make me feel bad for going away without him.
3) Care what other people think about how I am handling my life and my AH.

What I won't do:
1. Snoop
2. Think about what hubby is thinking or doing.
3. Translate an innocent statement or compliment into one of "Journey's paranoid delusions"...

2) Make a therapy appt for myself
3) Pray every morning
Three things I Won't do:
1) Harrass my dh for his latest escapade (detach, detach, detach)
2) Allow this to send me into a depression or become the focus of my life for the next few days.
3) Eat mountains of junk food!

Week is almost over...how did I do?
This is what I wanted to do for me this week:
1) read a good book - ok, got started on a book...I guess that counts as something.
