I recently found out that my boyfriends PO called to tell him that he needs to be in court on wed for an arraignment. If he has already went through classses and paid his fines, did two days in jail why would this be happening? I have never done anything against the law especially drinking and driving. Anyone have any insight? He thinks that he may end up in jail. I am stressed!!!!

Well, since he has a PO (probation or parole officer) that means he has had other charges in the past and a DUI would be in violation of his probation or parole. So it may be that he is being arraigned on violation of probation or parole.

It is his problem, not yours. His consequences for the actions he took.

I do know that this is his second DUI offense does that help

The problem is that it does affect me because his kids and my son live with both of us. I am just wondering if he will go to jail and for how long.

Arraignment means it is a new case. So, it means he did something illegal and a new case is being opened. That would include violation of probation.
