Yes I also felt like a cloth discarded. And I still do sometimes. But as a user named GiveLove told me "you can't chew a diamond... is there something wrong with the diamond?"

On Sat I got a company party and again started obsessing about ex and gf. It would be the first time he sees me with my partner. Or with anyone, as I am mostly alone (by my own choosing as I have seen many of the ppl I thought I could trust is not worth it).

I was about not to go, worrying about THEM, what THEY THINK, if EX would silenty say "DAMN", and well today I got a kick in the butt by my boyfriend.. he arrived excited with a very nice black suit... and it dawned on me that the party is about ME and MY JOB and MY NEW LIFE and WTF is wrong with me if I can't see it????????

Stay strong and keep posting and reading, I have drawn so much strength from SR its unbelievable... of course there are worse periods and others where the lightbulb turns on but its all about you, your life and your lessons and your great future... and its not depressing, its VERY EXCITING in fact, and beautiful and a blessing but it takes a whole process to wake up to that reality.
