I can't believe Edith Bunker just said this...
 

I have today off and here I am on the boards...The TV is on in the background--"Allin the Family" is on-didn't even know it was still on nowadays.


Anyway, in this episode Archie was supposed to be at some meeting in New York. He isn't there and is now considered "missing" and Edith is starting to worry that Archie is having an affair.

Suddenly, Edith exclaims, "Someone on the outside is busy being me. Someone on the inside is busy worrying about Archie".

Sound like anyone we can relate to? I can!!!

I've had over a million experiences like that in the past 5 years.

And at one really bad point, I call it my zombie period, I walked around like that for weeks straight when my husband left us on a binge.

OH I love all in the family. What a great show. So many truths on that show. Sounds like me most days!!!
