I think I reached my bottom or at least I think it is my bottom with the battery incident. I can't do this alone anymore and just reading my step book and coming here isn't enough. I take 2 steps forward and 1 step back. I thought I was doing well on not being angry and it is back.

Anyways, it was so....there aren't any words to even describe how freeing it was to go. Everyone was so kind and accepting. No judgment. No advice giving. There was a strange comfort in being in the presence of others who "know".

This really nice lady talked to me afterwards.

I am going to go to this meeting next week too.
